Kamaridis GlobalWire Group pioneers a new trapezoidal junction, a method that eliminates thermal bridge to the steel sheet and also excludes other hardcore pu polyurethane infusions to the larger gauzes.

This new pioneering trapezoidal junction of FRIGOFRESH and FRIGOCOOL panels that are intended for maintenance chambers of 80-140mm (+5 to -18°C) and panels of 160-200mm that are intended for deep freezing chambers (blast freezer to -50°C), pilots the way because the elusive air is linear and ends when it becomes trapezoidal, thus eliminating thermal loss.

By virtue of a truly proper fitting, Frigocool thermal insulating polyurethane panels absolutely abide by their specifications satisfying all customer requirements.

They consist of two metal sheets and coating of self-extinguishing tough polyurethane resin. The standardized plate sheets of the Frigocool panels are formed from pre-painted steel and can be flat or of smooth modulation such as WPU.

The special forming of the male-female panel ends, in order to interlock during fixing, provides the panels with full tightness and increased thermal insulation, without the need to protect the joint with additional sealing materials.

Natural characteristics

The foam is odorless, prevents the formation of mold and fungus, remains chemically neutral and the humidity does not change its mechanical capacities. Sensitive to the texture of the excessive sunlight and in contact with water only at the exposed surface as well.

Foam expansion

Pentane is used in foam expansion which is friendly to the atmosphere and to the environment in general as it is chlorofluorocarbons free (CFC & HCFC Free.)

Specifications of PVC coating

In most storage and food processing facilities, the use of PVC covering panels is required. PVC is available in two colors (RAL9002 & RAL9010) and in 120mic thickness. Both colors are certified and suitable for use in food storage and processing applications according to all European standards and regulations (78/142 / CEE, 80/766 / CEE, 82/711 / CEE, 85/572 / CEE, 90 / 128 / CEE, 92/39 / CEE).
