Heavily Galvanized wire
Description
The use of wire rods as raw material (SAE 1008 & SAE 1010), and after the annealing process it is lead to the galvanizing mill for galvanizing.
The minimum quantity of zinc on the wire is CLASS `A` according to EN 10244-2 and can vary along the diameter of the wire. Heavy Galvanized wire has 4 times extra zinc coating from that of common galvanized wire.
The main use for Heavy galvanized wire is for reinforcement of power cables from the cable industry and for the construction of mesh known as "gabions” of different dimensions and also for flood protection works.
